Berlin, 1931. The Kit Kat Klub is full of tawdry revelers reveling in tawdry entertainment. And presiding over all of it is The Master of Ceremonies. He's the one who makes sure you're having a good time.

Sly, flirty, impish, winking, smirking -- you may stare at him, you may judge him, you may damn him.

He won't care much.


Characteristics:
- Rail thin; ghostly pale skin; jet-black hair; stage make-up (red lips, kohl-stained eyes); bruises on his arms.
- Wears heavy lace-up combat boots, sock garters, threadbare trousers; if in costume he is shirtless and has on a curious harness made of white suspenders with a bowtie sort of holding it all together; sometimes a worn leather overcoat or a red silk robe covers it all up.
- Speaks with a German accent, occasionally peppers his English with German and French words and phrases.
- Ageless and dashingly effeminate. Omnisexual.
